- Methods of payment: Visa, Master Card, C.O.D.
- Credit: net 30 days (upon approval, after verification of current credit references). Interest may be added to past due accounts and penalties may be assessed for checks returned as non-negotiable.
Shipping:
- In stock items generally ship within 72 hours of receipt of order.
- Out-of-stock and/or special order items may not occur for 2-5 weeks or longer. Items may be backordered unless customer expressly requests otherwise.
- F.O.B. Point is Northampton, MA.
- Shipping will be via UPS or US mail unless customer specifically instructs otherwise.
- Insurance against loss in transit may be billed to customer.
Returns & Warranty:
- Undamaged goods can be returned for credit within 30 days of shipping.
- A one year (from date of shipment) limited repair-or-replace warranty applies to all products sold.
- Customer must call for a Returned Material Authorization Number prior to returning any items.
